Cup material specification

Inner paper cup
Cardboard 250 – 300 gr. + 18-20PE

Heat insulated sleeve with creasing.
Cardboard 250 – 280 gr.

Ink for food packaging

Low migration and low-dour sheet-fed offset ink.
Mineral oil-free printing ink.

Printing method on paper cups

Paper cups are customized by offset printing method. This produces high quality, vibrant full-color finishing to the end product. CMYK printing method is most widely used but PANTONE method can also be used upon request by the customer.

Heat-insulation

Specially arranged grooves around the cup prevent the adherence of the outer and inner layers, thus minimising the temperature of the cup’s surface. Our paper cups filled with a hot drink are safe and prevent the risk of burning hands.

Minimum  order for custom printed paper cups.

The minimum purchase order for custom printed paper cups  is 500 units / size.
For orders up to 5000 units paper cups are printed in CMYK technology. For orders from 5000 paper cups possible to print by CMYK or PANTONE.

For orders of 5000 paper cups and more (CMYK printed) customers can order more than one artwork, e.g. 2500 pcs of  8 oz paper cups with artwork 1 + 2500 pcs of 8 oz paper cups with artwork 2. The maximum number of artwork depends on the paper cup is presented in the table below.

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING

Lead time

1. Paper cups with standard print: 1-14 working days.
2. Custom printed paper cups orders up to 50 000 paper cups: 7-14 working days.
3. Custom printed paper cups orders up from 50 000 till 100 000 paper cups: 14 – 22 working days;
4. Custom printed paper napkins: 7-14 working days.
5. Accessory for cups : 2 working days.
